Job Description:
We are currently seeking a dedicated Bodyshop Service Advisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in handling inquiries, customer services, and client management in an automotive environment. They will be responsible for inspecting vehicles, managing inventory, and allocating daily tasks to ensure the smooth day-to-day operation of our Bodyshop.
Key Responsibilities:- Handle customer inquiries and provide excellent customer service.
- Manage client relationships and ensure their needs are met effectively.
- Inspect vehicles and assess repair needs accurately.
- Oversee inventory management to ensure optimal stock levels.
- Take care of inventory management, including placing and receiving spare part orders.
- Allocate daily tasks to technicians and ensure timely completion of repairs.
- Responsible for the day-to-day operation of the Bodyshop, including scheduling appointments and coordinating workflow.
- 4 to 13 years of experience in a similar role within the automotive industry.
- Knowledge of automotive repair processes and procedures.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Experienced in automotive customer service and client management.
- Salary for role : 20000 to 35000pm + incentive
